What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you give us — your name, phone number, and (optionally) email, company/location, and a description of your project. If you call us, we have your phone number. That's it. We don't ask for, or want, anything more than we need to prepare your quote.
How we use it
Only to respond to you about the equipment you asked us to quote — to send a price, arrange delivery or installation, and follow up. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
How it's handled
Quote requests are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend). This website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics to count visits — it uses no cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to serve you and for ordinary business records. Ask us to delete your information any time and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any follow-up, by emailing sales@carolinashineusa.com or calling (843) 555-0100.
